Smoothies are my favorite healthy treatsto make, I usually have them for breakfast or a snack! For an extra filling kick, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie-

  • 6- 8 oz Light and Fit Strawberry yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • Add 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup light orange juice

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie-

  • 6-8 oz Light and Fit Vanilla or Plain yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanutbutter
  • 1 cup ice
  • Add 1/2 cup milk

Strawberry Smoothie-

  • 6-8 oz Light and Fit Vanila or plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • Add 1/2-1 cup milk

Yogurt Parfait

  • 6-8 oz Any flavor Light and Fit Yogurt
  • add 1/2-1 cupKashi go-lean puffed cereal
  • Drizzle with honey
  • add fresh fruit!

**If you look for smoothies or parfaits on the go, I reccommend the light and fit smoothies that are packaged at the stores, the carb smart one is low in calories and carbs along with five grams of protein! Chiobani also has a great combination of protein in their parfait packages! I try to aim for give to ten grams of protein in my yogurt, Greek yogurt is the best when looking for this factor!
